We give shape to your ideas together. I find the right place and people, keep the budget and timeline clear, and guide every detail through the wedding day.
We begin with a real conversation. I listen to who you are, what moves you, how you imagine these days with the people you love and what matters most to you. Together we set a thoughtful budget and a clear path for the decisions ahead.
I suggest places that feel right for your story and introduce you to professionals who share your vision. We shape the celebration step by step — the ceremony, atmosphere, flowers, music, food and the moments around the wedding — always keeping your priorities in view.
I connect the suppliers, practical details and timeline, help you make decisions when you need me and follow the plans through to the wedding day. On the day itself, I am there to oversee each moment so you can be fully present for it.

Wedding coordination
Already made the main choices? I bring your suppliers and plans together, create a clear schedule and stay by your side as the day unfolds.
If you have already started planning, I step into the story you have created. I learn what you have chosen, listen to the experience you want to share and identify the details that still need to come together.
I speak with your suppliers, put together a detailed schedule and coordinate arrivals, set-up, transitions and responsibilities. We go through the practical questions and possible changes in advance, so everyone knows what to do.
On the wedding day, I am the point of reference for you and the people working behind the scenes. I follow the ceremony and celebration as they unfold, take care of last-minute adjustments and give you space to enjoy the day.

Guest experience
For celebrations over several days, I help organise welcome gatherings, accommodation and transfers, so your guests can enjoy their time in Italy with you.
When your guests travel to Italy, the celebration begins before the ceremony. I ask where they are coming from, what they might need and which moments you would love to share — perhaps a welcome evening, an informal dinner or a few days together.
I help you think through accommodation, transfers and useful information, as well as the rhythm of each gathering. We leave room for your guests to discover the place, spend time with one another and feel part of your story.
The small details matter: knowing where to go, having time to settle in and feeling warmly welcomed. I bring the different parts together so you can enjoy being with your people.

In South Tyrol and the Dolomites, mountains frame intimate ceremonies, historic residences and dinners among the vineyards. In Veneto, the romance of Venice lives alongside country estates, gardens and gentle hills.
Tuscany has its warm light and long tables beneath the trees. The Marche offer quiet hilltop villages and a slower rhythm; in Puglia, among olive groves and masserie, and in Sicily, between gardens and the sea, the landscape changes again. Hi, I'm Miriam.
I believe good planning should almost disappear on the wedding day. You shouldn't see the hundreds of decisions behind an event. You should simply feel that everything is exactly where it should be.
I'm a simple dreamer, full of enthusiasm for life. I love meeting people, listening to their stories and sharing the emotions that make a moment special. Being by your side as a joyful day takes shape is the part of my work I treasure most.
Based in Bolzano, South Tyrol, I work across Italy and become your point of reference here: I listen, introduce you to people I trust and take care of the practical details that can be difficult to manage from afar.
Before founding Wedding & More, I spent years organising events for the city of Bolzano and studied wedding and event planning at an academy in Rome. That experience led me to create celebrations shaped around the people who live them. I continue my professional development through training courses every year.
I feel particularly close to Trentino-Alto Adige, its landscapes and the people who know it well. I love helping you discover places that feel like yours, whether among the mountains or elsewhere in Italy.
