Dolomites Elopement

Wedding & More · Miriam Canestrini

Just the two of you.

Or a very small circle of people you love.

An elopement in the Dolomites is not about doing less. It is about choosing what truly matters.

The mountains, the silence, the light, the feeling of being completely present.

Based in Bolzano, South Tyrol, I plan intimate elopements in the Dolomites for couples coming from abroad, creating a celebration that feels personal, meaningful and beautifully simple.

An intimate experience, designed around you

Every elopement begins with your story.

Some couples imagine a symbolic moment high in the mountains. Others prefer a quiet ceremony followed by dinner, a few photographs and time together. Some want to include a small group of family or friends.

There is no fixed formula.

We begin with how you want the day to feel and build everything around that.

The Dolomites as part of the experience

The Dolomites are extraordinary, but they also require careful planning.

Access, lifts, weather, timing, transfers, accommodation and seasonal conditions all matter.

Because I am based in South Tyrol, I can guide you through the practical side of planning an elopement here while keeping the experience light and personal for you.

The aim is for the landscape to feel natural to the day, not like a backdrop added afterwards.

What I can take care of

I can support you with:

  • location research
  • symbolic celebrant
  • photographer and videographer
  • flowers and styling
  • hair and makeup
  • accommodation
  • transfers and mountain logistics
  • timing and coordination
  • intimate dinner or celebration after the ceremony

Every element is selected according to your style, priorities and the kind of experience you want to create.

A real Dolomites elopement

Tiago and Lindsey's intimate celebration in the Dolomites

Tiago & Lindsey travelled from the United States to the Dolomites for an intimate elopement at Seceda.

Their day was simple, emotional and completely centred on the two of them.

The landscape became part of the experience, but the real focus was always their story.

Elopement or intimate wedding?

Not every small wedding needs to be called an elopement.

Some couples choose a private ceremony for two. Others invite ten, twenty or thirty people and create a small destination wedding weekend.

What matters is not the number of guests.

It is how intentional the experience feels.

We can decide together which format suits you best.

A journey that starts with you

I do not begin with a destination. I begin with you.

Your story, your priorities and the way you would like those days to feel.

From there, we create an elopement that belongs to you and to the place you have chosen.
